BARCELONA.- 'El desaparecido' Manu Chao regresa con un nuevo disco titulado 'La Radiolina', saturado de críticas sociopolíticas como es su costumbre, disponible a partir del 3 de septiembre.
El músico francés de ascendencia gallega satiriza al presidente de EEUU George Bush con nariz de payaso y la palabra democracia entre signos de interrogación en un vídeo que ilustra una canción de su nuevo material.
Mensajes del tipo "demasiada hipocresía en Palestina" y "este mundo se vuelve loco" son los que se podrán escuchar en los clips de esta nueva entrega del cantante.
Manu Chao nacíó en París, se crió en Francia, su familia es de Galicia, por lo que ha levantado siempre la bandera a favor de la diversidad de razas y culturas utilizando su música como altavoz para hacer eco.
Tras 'Clandestino', 'Próxima estación...esperanza' y un DVD en directo, el ex-líder de Mano Negra publicará su nueva obra, que le muestra en la portada con una camiseta negra que reza 'El Golfo', pantalones claros y, a sus pies, la leyenda 'Y ahora qué'.
'La Radiolina' incluirá las canciones '3 Días', 'Tristeza Maleza', 'Politik Kills', 'Rainin In Paradize', 'Besoin de la Lune', 'El Kitapena', 'Me Llaman Calle', 'A Cosa', 'The Bleedin Clown', 'Mundorévès', 'El Hoyo', 'La Vida Tómbola', 'Mala Fama', 'Panik Panik', 'Otro Mundo', y 'Piccola Radiolina'.
Además, contendrá una serie de piezas extra como 'Y Ahora Qué?', 'Mama Cuchara', 'Siberia', 'Soñé Otro Mundo' y 'Amalucada Vida'.
El primer sencillo será el tema 'Piccola Radiolina', en cuyo vídeoclip, dirigido por Emir Kusturica, han colaborado diversos miembros del colectivo La Colifata.
